Tier points are used to determine membership status. Any other use may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges. Rewards card are for the sole use of the individual to whom it was issued. However, any guest found committing fraudulent activity may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. Accounts with 6 months inactivity will be considered inactive and all points and comps will be zeroed out. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunctions, operational errors and/or fraud. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for untracked play due to player negligence or improper insertion of rewards card.
